You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.<\/em><\/p>\n

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the contract was concluded.<\/em><\/p>\n

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify PYRAMID CONSULTING, S.L. (info@pyramidconsulting.es<\/a>; fax 91 522 93 53) or in writing to Calle Princesa, 25. Hex\u00e1gono Building. 6th Floor. Doors 5-6. 28008. Madrid. <\/span> your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email).<\/em><\/p>\n

You may use the withdrawal form model shown below, although its use is not mandatory.<\/em><\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication regarding the exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.<\/em><\/p>\n

Consequences of withdrawal:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.<\/em><\/p>\n

We will carry out this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.<\/em><\/p>\n

If you have requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you will pay us an amount proportional to the part of the service already provided at the time you informed us of your withdrawal, in relation to the total subject matter of the contract.<\/em><\/p>\n

Notwithstanding the above, the right of withdrawal will not apply when, at your express request, performance of the service has already begun.<\/em><\/p>\n
