{"id":3830,"date":"2015-06-25T15:01:48","date_gmt":"2015-06-25T13:01:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/new.pyramidconsulting.es\/?p=3578"},"modified":"2016-10-17T12:53:47","modified_gmt":"2016-10-17T12:53:47","slug":"francia-impone-el-chaleco-reflectante-a-los-motoristas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pyramidconsulting.es\/en\/noticias\/francia-impone-el-chaleco-reflectante-a-los-motoristas\/","title":{"rendered":"Francia impone el chaleco reflectante a los motoristas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.pyramidconsulting.es\/imageswp\/Francia-chaleco-reflectante-motoristas.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3579\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.pyramidconsulting.es\/imageswp\/Francia-chaleco-reflectante-motoristas.jpg\" alt=\"Francia impone el chaleco reflectante a los motoristas\" width=\"685\" height=\"350\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como medida de seguridad principalmente y en un intento de buscar la igualdad respecto a la protecci\u00f3n que se tiene con otros veh\u00edculos, Francia ha decretado que a partir del <strong>1 de enero del 2016<\/strong>, todo motorista tendr\u00e1 que llevar el chaleco reflectante de manera obligatoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una ocurrencia del Gobierno que no ha dejado indiferente a nadie y que es ya fuente de toda pol\u00e9mica, al poner de manifiesto y obligar a los motoristas a tener que llevar guardado <strong>un chaleco reflectante para casos de emergencia<\/strong>, ante cualquier situaci\u00f3n que requiera tener que apearse del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una medida que entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 1 de enero de 2016 y pretende ofrecer una garant\u00eda y aumento de seguridad a los motoristas cuando tienen que hacer una parada en el arc\u00e9n por cualquier motivo. Su funci\u00f3n es dar visibilidad y en caso de no llevar esta prenda guardadada a bordo, ya <strong>se han anunciado sanciones<\/strong> que tampoco pasar\u00e1n desapercibidas.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">El precio de estas futuras multas de tr\u00e1fico<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las multas en caso de no seguir esta nueva normativa obligatoria ser\u00e1n de 11 euros para los casos en los que los agentes comprueben que el motorista circula sin la prenda adecuada reflectante. Se agrava m\u00e1s la situaci\u00f3n y precio si se detecta a un motorista parado\u00a0 por una incidencia en la carretera, sin el correspondiente chaleco reflectante puesto. El valor de la multa en estos casos, ser\u00e1 de <strong>135 euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No ser\u00e1 suficiente para cumplir con esta nueva normativa, una prenda que tenga tiras reflectantes. Para cumplir con la imposici\u00f3n de Francia, tendr\u00e1 que ser siempre un chaleco la forma en la que los motoristas se hagan visibles. Un sistema realmente inc\u00f3modo que requiere una carga m\u00e1s, para el espacio reducido de los motoristas en su veh\u00edculo. No ser\u00eda de extra\u00f1ar que e<strong>n Espa\u00f1a copi\u00e1semos este m\u00e9todo de Francia<\/strong>.
