Las restricciones de Madrid Central<\/h2>\n

\"Madrid
\nEl Ayuntamiento est\u00e1 decidido a poner en marcha Madrid Central. No obstante, ha decidido retrasar su inicio hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de noviembre. Seg\u00fan la portavoz municipal, se hace as\u00ed para que no coincida con el Black Friday.<\/p>\n

La puesta en marcha de Madrid Central se ha retrasado. As\u00ed lo ha anunciado Rita Maestre, la portavoz del Ayuntamiento. Ha comunicado que esta decisi\u00f3n se ha tomado en respuesta a las peticiones de la Confederaci\u00f3n Empresarial de Madrid, que pidi\u00f3 que se retrasara para que no coincidiese con el Black Friday. Eso supondr\u00eda perder un aumento de las ventas.<\/p>\n

Se inaugurar\u00e1 Madrid Central y se estrenar\u00e1 nueva Gran V\u00eda<\/h3>\n

Si bien la APR del centro se va a retrasar, lo que se mantiene en tiempo es la inauguraci\u00f3n de la Gran V\u00eda. \u00c9sta tendr\u00e1 lugar el pr\u00f3ximo 23 de noviembre.<\/p>\n

El equipo de gobierno tiene previsto realizar una junta de gobierno extraordinaria para el pr\u00f3ximo lunes 29 de octubre para aprobar de manera definitiva Madrid Central. Una vez se ponga en marcha, las multas por acceder a la zona sin permiso ser\u00e1n de 90 euros, si bien antes habr\u00e1 dos meses de campa\u00f1a informativa. Adem\u00e1s, ser\u00e1 imprescindible para acceder al centro la etiqueta ambiental<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Qu\u00e9 supondr\u00e1 Madrid Central<\/h3>\n

El Ayuntamiento de Madrid estima que los 230.000 viajes en coche que se realizan al centro cada d\u00eda se reducir\u00e1n en unos 76.000 (es decir, un 33%) cuando entre en vigor Madrid Central. Es, como dec\u00edamos, el \u00e1rea de tr\u00e1fico restringido que ocupar\u00e1 la mayor parte del distrito de Centro.<\/p>\n

Siempre seg\u00fan el Ayuntamiento, esta disminuci\u00f3n llevar\u00e1 aparejado un ahorro de emisiones del 40% por ciento.<\/p>\n

El Gobierno municipal destaca que de los viajes al \u00e1rea de Madrid Central son en torno a dos millones al d\u00eda (concretamente, 1.980.000), seg\u00fan los datos del Consorcio Regional de Transportes -gestionado por la Comunidad- y del propio Ayuntamiento. De ellos, 1.200.000 trayectos se realizan en transporte p\u00fablico (59%), 550.000 se hacen andando (27%) y tan solo 230.000 viajes se hacen en veh\u00edculo privado (un 11%).<\/p>\n
