{"id":54079,"date":"2020-03-17T12:57:19","date_gmt":"2020-03-17T12:57:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pyramidconsulting.es\/?p=54079"},"modified":"2021-05-18T10:55:26","modified_gmt":"2021-05-18T10:55:26","slug":"cierre-de-fronteras-terrestres-como-afecta-a-los-conductores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pyramidconsulting.es\/it\/noticias\/cierre-de-fronteras-terrestres-como-afecta-a-los-conductores\/","title":{"rendered":"Cierre de fronteras terrestres: \u00bfc\u00f3mo afecta a los conductores?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El gobierno espa\u00f1ol cierra las fronteras terrestres<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-54081\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.pyramidconsulting.es\/imageswp\/200317Fronterasterrestres-1.jpg\" alt=\"Cierre de fronteras terrestres: \u00bfC\u00f3mo afecta a los conductores?\" width=\"769\" height=\"449\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El cierre de fronteras, es la \u00faltima medida adoptada por el gobierno espa\u00f1ol para frenar la expansi\u00f3n del COVID-19. \u00bfC\u00f3mo afecta a los conductores?<\/p>\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, no es de extra\u00f1ar que muchos conductores se pregunten en qu\u00e9 medida les va a afectar esta decisi\u00f3n, y qu\u00e9 es lo que se puede hacer.<\/p>\n<p>Todav\u00eda los conductores est\u00e1n un poco confusos ante lo que se puede, o no, hacer durante el periodo de estado de alarma.<\/p>\n<h2>Habr\u00e1 controles en las fronteras terrestres<\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan informa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autobild.es\/\">Auto Bild,<\/a> desde el Ministerio del Interior indican que:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;solo se permitir\u00e1 el acceso a espa\u00f1oles, residentes, ciudadanos transfronterizos, personas que acrediten razones de fuerza mayor y personal diplom\u00e1tico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Estas medidas se aplicar\u00e1n por ahora a las fronteras terrestres. Todav\u00eda no se sabe qu\u00e9 ocurrir\u00e1 con las fronteras mar\u00edtimas y a\u00e9reas.<\/p>\n<p>[woorousell id=&#8221;49056&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>En el transporte de mercanc\u00edas no habr\u00e1 restricciones<\/h2>\n<p>En cuanto al transporte de mercanc\u00edas, no se aplicar\u00e1n las medidas que restringen el paso por las fronteras terrestres.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma, se contin\u00faa abasteciendo a la poblaci\u00f3n y asegurando la actividad econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>Otros casos en los que no se aplicar\u00e1n las restricciones<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, no se aplicar\u00e1n las restricciones cuando el desplazamiento sea por una causa oficial:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Al personal extranjero que se encuentre acreditado como miembro de misiones diplom\u00e1ticas.<\/li>\n<li>En el caso de oficinas consulares<\/li>\n<li>Organismos internacionales en Espa\u00f1a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por otro lado, el resto de veh\u00edculos podr\u00e1n entrar y salir por carretera en los siguientes casos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En el caso de ciudadanos espa\u00f1oles.<\/li>\n<li>A las personas residentes en Espa\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li>A los trabajadores transfronterizos.<\/li>\n<li>Por causas de fuerza mayor o situaciones de necesidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En cuanto a las situaciones de necesidad, hay que acreditarlo a trav\u00e9s de documentos.<\/p>\n<p>Con todo esto, los conductores no podr\u00e1n ir en coche a Francia o Portugal.
